Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Lee's Summit R-7 School District Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided through LifeMatters, offers confidential support and resources to employees and their families. Whether you're facing personal, family, financial, legal, or workplace challenges, professional assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
LifeMatters services are available to employees, eligible dependents, significant others, and household members at no cost.

LifeMatters’ supportive community, powered by Togetherall, provides a free, confidential, and clinically moderated online peer-to-peer support space where individuals can connect anonymously.
Available 24/7, this safe online environment allows you to share experiences, access LifeMatters services, and support one another anytime, anywhere.
