Monday – Tuesday: 7:00 am – 11:00 am, 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:00 am – 11:00 am, 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Thursday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Complete Health & Wellness Center is closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on a non-workday the holiday will be observed on Monday (if the holiday falls on Sunday) or Friday (if the holiday falls on Saturday)
The Complete Health & Wellness Center is a resource to manage your acute illnesses and minor injuries, prescribe medications, assist with chronic conditions, provide preventive care exams and support the overall health and wellness of you and your family.

Preventive services are available at no cost to all employees, retiree/LTD/COBRA participants and family members enrolled in a District medical insurance plan.
Non-preventive services may require a minimal copay based upon medical plan enrollment as follows:

*Due to IRS regulations, a minimal visit fee is required for non-preventive visits, including chronic care or other significant benefits. The visit fee will be re-evaluated on an annual basis. This fee is still considerably less than you would pay for similar services at a physician office, urgent care center or retail clinic.
**Due to IRS regulations, all Retiree/LTD/COBRA HDHP enrollees are assumed to be eligible for a Health Savings Account (HSA), requiring a minimal visit fee for non-preventive visits, including chronic care or other significant benefits. Use of Complete Health & Wellness Center is by appointment only. No walk-ins allowed. By having a scheduled appointment, you should expect little to no wait time. Same day appointments may be available. Appointments can be scheduled in the app, online at CareHere, or by phone at 1(877)423-1330.
Before you can schedule an appointment, you must first register with CareHere. Each eligible participant must be registered separately. You will need one of the following access codes to complete your registration:

a. Click Member Login
b. Click I need to register for the first time with my Access Code
c. Enter your Access Code (use above chart to determine correct access code)
d. Click Go
e. Provide responses to all questions on the next four web pages of the health questionnaire, including Contact Data and Health and Behavioral Data.

Shelly Lynch is from Kansas City, Kansas and currently lives near Lee’s Summit. She completed her education at the University of Missouri - Kansas City where she earned a Masters in Nursing. Before joining CareHere, Shelly worked as an NP with Family Practice of West Central Missouri. She strives to treat the whole person and not just the disease state. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys being outside, gardening, walking, experimenting with new recipes, reading, decorating, and mostly spending time with her husband and children.
With 20 years of experience, Angela Neighbors is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is originally from Iowa, but has lived in Missouri for more than 30 years. She practiced nursing as a Registered Nurse for many years. Eventually, Angela returned to school to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. She states, ”When I was 5 years old, I wanted to be a nurse. Nursing has been both challenging and rewarding beyond the imagination. Bring your list of health challenges and wellness expectations and together, we will set up a plan to help you reach your goals. “
Crystal McNack joins CareHere as a Health and Wellness Center On-site Manager. She is from Missouri and currently lives in Kansas City. She completed her nursing education at Excelsior College where she earned an Associate Degree in Nursing. Crystal began her nursing career in 2010 with The Greens at Creekside. Before joining CareHere, Crystal worked as an Assistant Director of Nursing with Shangri-La. Crystal strives to lead by example and make everyone smile. She states, “When life throws you lemons, make lemonade!”
Patrice Burgess is a Registered Medical Assistant from the Kansas City area. She completed her education at what is now Concorde Career College. Patrice strives to make sure each person who comes to the clinic feels welcome and important. She states, “I’m so excited to be back. I am both thankful and grateful for the opportunity. I’m blessed. I have a job I love, a career I enjoy, and I work with great people”. In her spare time, Patrice enjoys spending time with family and working at her church.
Shelia Gallant is a Medical Assistant from Independence, Missouri. She completed her education at Heritage College where she earned her Associate’s Degree. She began her career in the medical field with Jackson County Neurology. Before joining CareHere, Shelia worked as a Medical Assistant with the Visiting Physicians Association. She strives to treat her patients with the best care possible. Shelia states, “Smiling is the best medicine!” In her spare time, she enjoys music, dancing, makeup, the outdoors and going on nature walks with her dogs.
CareHere, a company which specializes in partnering with employers to provide cost-effective healthcare, manages the Complete Health & Wellness Center. CareHere provides wellness and innovative healthcare services that are helping to change lives. CareHere is a national company operating 200 health and wellness centers in 30 states. CareHere’s focus is consistent with the district’s commitment to providing R-7 employees with a healthy and safe work environment. CareHere will act as a third-party to manage the center, ensuring privacy and security of personal health information.
Complete Health & Wellness Center’s Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurse and Medical Assistant are all employees of CareHere. CareHere partners with two supervising physicians to provide physician oversight to the Nurse Practitioners, as required by state law. The physicians conduct periodic chart reviews each month and can be consulted on more complex cases if necessary.
