College Savings Plan

MOST-529 College Savings Plan

MOST 529 is a qualified 529 college savings plan created to comply with Section 529 of the United States Internal Revenue Code which allows you to accumulate tax-deferred (federal and state) savings for secondary education, including graduate school, using low-cost investments. You can use your assets to pay qualified higher- education expenses at any accredited college or technical school in the U.S. or abroad. Enrollment is free and you can begin contributing with as little as $25.

Establishing a new MOST account and starting a payroll deduction

  • Visit the MOST Website at Missouri MOST.
  • Select “Open an account”
  • Follow the onscreen instructions for “New Account Owners”
  • After MOST processes your request for a new account, you will receive an electronic confirmation statement
  • You must sign and submit the confirmation statement to the Business Services Department at Stansberry Leadership Center via email at lsr7payroll@lsr7.net or via district mail. Your payroll deduction will not take effect until the Business Services Department has accepted your signed confirmation. 

To change a current MOST payroll deduction

  • Visit the MOST website at Missouri MOST.
  • Log into your account
  • Complete the Employee Payroll Direct Deposit Form online
  • After MOST processes your Employee Payroll Direct Deposit Form, you will receive an electronic confirmation statement.
  • You must sign and submit the confirmation statement to the Business Services Department at Stansberry Leadership Center via email at lsr7payroll@lsr7.net or via district mail. Your new payroll deduction will not take effect until the Business Services Department has accepted your signed confirmation.
