Complete Health & Wellness Center
COVID-19 Response

COVID-19 Reminders

In an attempt to minimize exposure and assist with containment efforts, if you are experiencing symptoms like fever, shortness of breath and/or cough and suspect that you may be infected with COVID-19, please do not walk-in or make an in person appointment in the Complete Health & Wellness Center (CH&WC). Instead, please schedule a TeleVisit appointment and a member of the CH&WC staff will contact you and connect you with a provider. During your TeleVisit, the need for testing and in-person clinical care will be determined. Please do not ignore any unknown phone numbers at your scheduled appointment time. More information on TeleVisit appointments and how to schedule are included below.

Please take all precautions. Cleaning hands often with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be most effective against COVID-19. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. Avoid close contact with people. Stay home as much as possible. Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash, and wash your hands. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

This information is available in more detail at www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html.

The CH&WC has implemented CDC protocols to ensure the highest level safety and sanitation for coronavirus (COVID-19) prevention

The Complete Health & Wellness Center is still open, with appointments available in person (in the health & wellness center) or by phone or video with TeleVisits. The providers are here for you and will make sure you’re given the most up-to-date clinical recommendations and information possible. They will help guide you to the best care for you or your loved one.

For the safety of all patients and staff, please make an appointment or call to ask questions, do not walk-in to limit the risk of exposure.

As a reminder, appointments are required at the Complete Health & Wellness Center. Please schedule an appointment in advance through one of the three scheduling methods; do NOT walk in. For the safety of patients and staff, this allows all appointments to be pre-screened to minimize exposure and minimizes wait times.

To protect patients and health care workers, CareHere is requiring all persons who enter a health & wellness center to wear a cloth face covering or mask. Patients may use cloth face covers and health care personnel will use designated PPE. The Complete Health & Wellness Center will provide a procedure mask to patients upon entry if they do not have a mask or face covering.

The Complete Health & Wellness Center has implemented CDC protocols to ensure the highest level of coronavirus (COVID-19) prevention is in place. This includes:

  • Prescreening patients prior to and arrival for any symptoms to minimize exposure
  • Use of personal protective equipment
  • Use of an exterior doorbell to allow staff the opportunity ensure all protective equipment is in place prior to patient entry
  • Increased cleaning using EPA-registered disinfectants
  • Separate utilization of exam rooms for well versus sick visits
  • Extending the duration of nurse only appointments to allow time to sanitize thoroughly between patients

In addition, to protect patients and health care workers, CareHere is immediately requiring all persons who enter a health & wellness center to wear a cloth face covering or mask. Patients may use cloth face covers and health care personnel will use designated PPE. The CH&WC will provide a procedure mask to patients upon entry if they do not have a mask or face covering.

CH&WC COVID-19 Testing:

COVID-19 Testing

If you are concerned you may have COVID-19, please schedule a TeleVisit appointment (do NOT walk-in) and a provider can help you decide whether you should be tested. If testing is recommended, they will direct you how to do so.

Due to limited testing supplies, only symptomatic patients are currently being tested at the Complete Health & Wellness Center. Additionally, with the increased demand for testing, supplies are limited; this may impact the ability to perform testing onsite.
