In an attempt to minimize exposure and assist with containment efforts, if you are experiencing symptoms like fever, shortness of breath and/or cough and suspect that you may be infected with COVID-19, please do not walk-in or make an in person appointment in the Complete Health & Wellness Center (CH&WC). Instead, please schedule a TeleVisit appointment and a member of the CH&WC staff will contact you and connect you with a provider. During your TeleVisit, the need for testing and in-person clinical care will be determined. Please do not ignore any unknown phone numbers at your scheduled appointment time. More information on TeleVisit appointments and how to schedule are included below.
Please take all precautions. Cleaning hands often with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be most effective against COVID-19. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. Avoid close contact with people. Stay home as much as possible. Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash, and wash your hands. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
